BEING SOLD AS IS... NO WARRANTY!!! READ DESCRIPTION!!

I purchased this vehicle about 9 months ago from Jackson TN Serra Chevrolet I love this truck. The only reason I am selling this vehicle is because i plan on purchasing a newer model Range Rover.
***Please read and ask questions that you might have before purchasing. I am not a mechanic or dealer so I am describing any potential problems to the best of my ability. ASK QUESTION if you are unsure and I will answer you as honestly as I know how.
The Good:
-I have only put approximately 5,000 miles on this vehicle since purchasing it in May of 2015.
- Clean TN Title ( I have a copy of the car fax that was provided to me when I purchased it from Serra Chevrolet about 9 months ago)
-Car is rust free.
-Cars Interior is super clean...the front leather seats are heated and in great condition free of rips, oles and odors. Trucks bed cover is missing.
- This is 100% drivable and has a good solid right with no frame damage.
- Truck will come with the original owners manuals and 2 keys (1 key does not work)
- Truck navigation and radio are in good working condition . Car has a 6 disk that works however it seems to get stuck therefor the i think it needs to be replaced.Truck has Infiniti sub-woofer in back that was not working when purchased.
Truck air suspension system is currently working exactly as it should with no problems that I am aware.
-Truck has upgraded 20"Range Rover Rims and all 4 tires are in good condition.
-The body of this truck is in beautiful condition with very few scratches and dings. Paint is still glossy and beautiful. -The interior has normal paint wear around cup holders and buttons etc.-The truck motor runs smooth
-All of the following work great in this vehicle....Sunroof, ower locks and windows, ir conditioning and heat, ruise control,harman kardon sound, avigation system.
The Bad:
- Truck has the “shutter” problem that is common in the Range Rover . The “shutter” only seem to happen when you go around 50 miles per hour. Any speed above or below 50 the problem seems to not occur. The shutter does not affect the drivability of the vehicle. It is my understanding that the Trans Torque converter is what causes this common shutter problem in the Range Rovers and BMW (Google BMW torque converter shudder. The shutter does not seem to affect the way that transmission shifts as the truck seems to shift great and run without any problems.
One pending item is an intermittent check engine light that is sometimes thrown. Code P1173 which is an o2 sensor . This is not affecting the drivability at all and I was told by a mechanic to just leave it until it needs other repairs so I would not have to pay for a couple hours of labor for this alone. I have a code reader that will be included with the purchase of this truck and can verify the code for you. The code reader can re-set check engine lights etc due to faulty codes being thrown.
-Truck Panel Display Pixels are fading which again seem to be another common problem in the 2004 Range Rover. You can however still read mileage etc. when they are displayed on the dash at this time.
-Truck has a very small oil leak that I was told by a mechanic that this is common in Range Rover and any car of this age and it was nothing to be concerned about.
FYI---- I had this truck recently inspected at CarMax as I was thinking about trading the truck in on a 2009 Range Rover. Truck received a very solid rating in regard to it condition for the age of the vehicle. CarMax inspection is in no way a guarantee of this vehicles performance and any future problems that it might have. I just wanted to make mention that it has been recently inspected and driven by an Carmax appraisal expert.

This is a beautiful truck that needs a little tlc.
