This metallic beauty, hough bought in Tennessee, as sent the day after purchase to the west coast where it has spent its entire life in sunny, ry, emperate California since new and is rust free!!!! This truck has been ENTHUSIASTICALLY and PROFESSIONALLY maintained and serviced and is a high standard for Rover service! Remember, ll of the service below is at the dealer with Genuine Land Rover parts, ot aftermarket parts! I have all of the receipts and records for your files as well.

Let's start on the engine and drivetrain:
-ENGINE
This engine has LOW miles for the year (a LOW average of about 4,900 a year), 9,000 miles appear on the odometer. Boy, h boy, s it rare and great to see a Rover with such low miles! It was driven and enjoyed as it should be, ut being owned by someone who wanted to enjoy it for decades, t was showed more than generous preemptive care. There has been A TON of scheduled and preventive maintenance performed to this truck to keep the engine in near brand new condition. The motor is very healthy and has loads of smooth power! And a happy Rover will go and go and go happily for hundreds of thousands of miles. And this happy Rover has received LOADS of preventative maintenance to make sure of that. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS. NO ABS LIGHTS! NO MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAY!

Let's continue to the exterior:
-PAINT
The paint is beautiful! It is a 8+/9- out of 10. Shiny, eautiful Zambezi Silver paint was recently polished, inished and waxed by a highly acclaimed detailer here in LA. It looks GORGEOUS It has lived its entire life in sunny, ry, outhern California! NO ACCIDENTS! CLEAN CARFAX. NO STORIES. The silver paint is deep and has a wonderful luster! No roof fade or chipping! No hood fade or chipping! The truck looks much better than most 50k mile cars let alone a 10 year old truck! There is a small ding on the rear bumper on the driver side (as seen in the pictures) and there is a small ding on the rear wheel arch on the passenger side back door (as seen in pictures below). Both are the only "major" flaws and do nothing to to take away from the overal shape and condition of the truck are not very noticeable unless staring right at them. Remember this is a near 10 year old truck, here may be some very minor scratches, ery minor wear not discussed in detail etc, ut they are well below any expectation level for Rover Sport or cars of this year. Even against more modern cars the paint will compete head to head - it really is beautiful. This is a dry SoCal truck! That means no rust lurking under the surface ready to pop up and ruin your paint! If there was a place to buy ANY Rover, t is dry, arm SoCal. No rain and no road salt! Check out the clean inner doors and jambs!
-TIRES
Loads of tread life left on the tires! Fronts and rears have 65-75% tread left and are nice condition. The drivers side rear has a bit more wear on the inside edge and is lower than the outside.

-WHEELS
The 19" wheels look wonderful on the Rover! They were just recently cleaned and look great. There are minor flaws/very light curb marks at best, ut because of the overall shine and shape, ot very noticeable. No major gouges or issues.

The plastics are in wonderful shape and free of the typical sun fade that is so common in them. No big, roken pieces as found on so many other Rovers!
-GLASS/MIRRORS
Not to let a pebble defeat this truck, he windshield is in great shape! Beautifully clear glass makes a world of difference. It makes the truck feel brand new! The door glass is wonderful shape!
-WIPERS

Nice undercarriage! No rust, ot or trail scars!

Adaptive headlights works perfect with no burnt out bulbs. Xenon lights are bright and clear!

Onto the cabin:
-SEATS
The Ebony Premium Leather seats are in stunning shape! The material is SO soft and comfortable. I truly love driving this truck. You sit high and comfortably in these soft seats! The leather has been VERY well cared for and shows only VERY minor flaws at best. I hate to say that without including specifics, ut truly they are that small. The interior has been recently cleaned and conditioned as well and is overall is VERY nice shape! Rear seats are in near perfect shape and have minor use at best. No big wrinkles, o material worn through, o big frays, o slices, r issues. Just gorgeous seats! Even when I get in the truck, kind of raise myself up a little with the steering wheel as so that I sit down into the seat instead of sliding across it. I would hate to disturb how pretty they are! NON-SMOKERS CAR!
-DOOR PANELS
Check out the top of the drivers side door panel. Go ahead I will wait, t's down below. What did you see? NO matted dirt and stains! Nearly every door panel on a Sport has matted and dirty tops, roken door pulls or issue from wear. Not here! The door panels are in wonderful shape throughout!
-HEADLINER
Beautiful, o sags or stains!
-CARPET
Beautiful carpet in the truck! It has been shampooed and cleaned as part of the overall detail. A full set of black original Rover dealer floormats are in wonderful shape.
-POWER SEATS
All power seat functions work perfect!
-POWER WINDOWS
All windows work smooth and quickly!
-KEYLESS ENTRY
The keyless entry system is functional!!!
-RADIO and NAVIGATION
The OEM radio and NAV works great and sounds even better! No blown speakers or issues! Rear screens work perfectly!

The Experience
There is no Rover ownership like owning a low mile Rover. It is just a much different experience then any other. There is a tightness, cleanliness, nd sense of what this truck was like when brand new. The clunks, attles and normal wear for any higher mile car is gone. Let alone, emember every component only has that many few miles on it. Combined with loads of preventative and scheduled maintenance it really does not get any better for a Rover Sport or any car for that matter. Driving this Sport is fantastic. It pulls and handles like a sports car and is as comfortable as a Rolls Royce. It has all the power it had from the factory an then some, nd from even a little gas is torquey and responsive. An off road guy? Though this truck has never been offroaded, ne trip in a Sport in the dirt will have you hooked on the famed capabilities!
I hope you can tell by my long ad that this truck is a great pre-owned and beautiful Land Rover. There are other Rover Sport, ut if you do find one for sale and it has more methodical service, urge you to buy it! Remember, overs take a little extra care and feeding, o a Rover with 50k miles with questionable, nknown or poor service history is worth about as much as a Slurpee if you add up all the service that will need to be done to make it a reliable, eautiful, olid truck again. Don't spend big money on a truck from a "turn-em-and-burn-em" style dealer when all they do to promote the truck is say a few things they think people like to hear. As you may tell from my ad, know the care that these trucks need and the details that make them tier 1, rom a tier 2 or worse and I hope to have addressed them to those of you that know as well.
