Landrover Defender 90 200 TDI LHD AC, Power Windows, Winch!

1991 Landrover Defender 90 with the 200tdi diesel engine. VIN number is SALLDVAF8HA472774. The Defender is legally imported from Italy, all import paperwork available and its titled in Virginia.
This one has AC, power windows (add on) and a rather menacing looking Ramsey winch. Runs and drives fine, starts immediately as is normal for a 200 tdi engine compared to the 19j and older Defenders. The 200 tdi is a superior design to the previous 2.5 TD engine available fro 1987 to 1990.
A frame ball joint just replaced as well as AC serviced and charged (R134 A retrofit). AC blower unit seems to be original, has a Sanden compressor. AC works great.The vehicle has been repainted at some point, 95 % of the paint looks really good with deep gloss. The paint on the sills doesn't seem to be a perfect match, looks a bit dull. Door bottoms show signs of repair, the driver's side door bottom more so than the others but all look fine at this time. Floors are solid with only a couple of spots of surface rust which I did sand down but not repaint, they are good enough that I didn't feel the need to do anything to them. Frame is in great condition, no rust issues as this is an Italian truck and the frames are always good on Italian Defenders. The side steps (these are not add ons) so have some rust in a few spots. I didn't want to remove them as I feel the new owner could repair the little bit of rust or put new steps on the existing brackets The brackets are pretty heavy duty, welded to the frame and are in good shape. Brake and clutch pedal covers are on order and will be installed shortly.
Has a few shallow dings in the bonnet(hood) that could be popped out and one where the license plate mounts on the rear. Power steering works fine, seats and door cards are in good shape. Overall it is a very nice unrestored Defender that is clean for its age. Rear defogger button works but the glass has been replaced with non heated glass at some point, the wiring is till there and the dash switch works so installing heated glass should reinstate the rear defogger. Rear door card is a bit tatty at the bottom and the rear door lock may need to be replaced as the key doesn't come out in the lock position, a new lock is only 35 dollars from Rovahfarm in Arkansas.
Please expect normal wear and tear for age, I have made my best effort to describe the vehicle accurately but it is 25 years old and sold AS IS, with no warranties expressed or implied. I do not offer any kind of financing, so cleared funds only please.
This vehicle is for sale by a Virginia independent auto dealer. Title is free and clear in my dealer name. I can ship the car anywhere at buyer expense. Zero feedback bidders will need to contact me before bidding or bids will be cancelled. Reserve is around 22k, which is quite reasonable given that this one has AC, power windows and a winch.
