1990 Land Rover Range Rover SWB 3.9 County

Here is my 1990 Range Rover County Short Wheel Base 3. 9 V8. RR has approx 166k miles and has never been in an accident and spent its life in San Diego. so there is NO RUST. Meaning there is no cancer on this RR that needs to be addressed or has been covered up. Obviously there will be surface rust underneath. but normal for any car. I bought the RR in San Diego and drove it back to Utah about 2 years ago. I would feel confident to drive this RR anywhere. Engine:New water pump. new power steering pump. new belts. Newly replaced ABS pump (works well) New radiator overflow bottle. Battery is good. no noticeable oil leaks. Runs and starts well. Engine does have a small exhaust tick on lower driver side bank. Cruise control does not work. Engine does not smoke. Runs as good as any 160k mile RR should. Body:Paint shines up pretty well. There is a few spots where the clear has flaked away. I did swap out the 1990 solid panel sun roof for a 1993 glass version. When we did that swap. we did repaint the roof. so the flaking there (which was the worst) has been handled. Painted the hood as well and installed the flat back matting. There are no real 'dents' but if you look down the panel sides there are some pretty major warbles. As you probably know the body is aluminum and dents pretty easily. These all could be fixed by a mobile dent-pro technician. but it never was a concern of mine. Interior:Leather is clean. smells like leather and is soft and supple. Head liner was recovered when new sunroof was installed. Carpet is clean. door panels are pretty nice. barring a few scratches from boots etc. Dash is crack free. Rear facing seat installed (6th seat) in rear is functional with seat belt. (My kids always fight to sit back there). Stereo has front speakers. I did not install rear since headliner replacement. just never got around to it. Stereo is a Ipod player with that functionality. Gauges. switches. etc all work well. I did just replace the resistor pack for the HVAC fan with the aftermarket upgrade from Northern Rovers. So heater works great and blows hard. Windows work great. Seat switches work intermittently. these can be fixed with a new $125 switch. but I never really needed to move them. but ociassionaly they do move. just can't count on them to move when you expect. However guaranteed that the seat motors work without flaws. AC does not work right now. I did have the front AC hose replaced and technition said the system was cooling properly then the rear hose to dash blew. So 100% sure the AC system works but the hose blew late this last season. I was going to replace it and recharge. but never got around to it. So. AC will work. but will need a dash hose. Other than these few items. the interior is comfortable. clean and smells like leather. Extras:New 10. 00lb aftermarket winch. Hooked up and ready to use. Comes with cable and wireless remote. 2. 5" old-man emu lift kit with associated shocksDiscovery 5 spoke wheels. These 5 wheels were professionally sand blasted and powder coated. 1" wheel spacers to correct Discovery wheel offset LED light barsRoof Rack1993 Glass SunroofBRP stainless steel cat back exhaust systemBrand new tiresThis has been my daily driver. it is a well sorted RR that will be a great car for someone.
