2005 Chevy Tahoe. 5.3l v8. 4x4. New tires. 90k miles. Clean Autocheck!

First-about me (as i believe in full disclosure):I purchase cars from private sellers and resell them through a dealership by paying an association fee. I only purchase directly from the sellers i meet in person and I do not buy auction cars (i don't have licensing for that). I am not a dealer. the cars are partially titled in my name. but all paperwork and transfer of the title will be done at the dealership. This car is kept at and can be viewed at my home. I'm very detail oriented and have tried to include everything in this ad. I don't take trade ins i only deal in outright sales. About this truck:I purchased this truck 2 miles down the road from a gentleman who was buying a new one for his wife. He lives in Clarkston and so do I. I paid him more then trade in so we were both happy. Runs great-4x4 works fantastic. Not your typical rust bucket-very clean body. -3rd row seating-bose audio-all working power options-clean accident free auto check vehicle history report included with it-Brand new tires!!!-5. 3L v8 engine-Only 90k original miles-XM radio hookup (just get a receiver and you're good to go). The "bad""Wear and tear"-interior could use a bit of a detailing due to trunk being used for storage and the headliner is a bit dirty (marks on the plastic on the inside). may have it done this weekend-some dings here and there on the exterior-nothing crazy. They had kids and were always going places. -One small crack on the passenger side of the windshield (happened last week-quoted $140 for a new windshield)-Tire pressure sensor has been on since the new tires were installed (i believe the sensors just need to be reset)-Passenger Air bag light is on. not sure why as it has never been in any accidents and airbags have certainly never been deployed. I'll find out what sensor it is this weekend at my mechanic-betting on one of the front sensors though. -Can't seem to get one of the third row seats down. maybe i'm just weak or something?interior red plastic trim piece is missing from the inner door. it's a $15 plastic strip (can send you the link on request to the part)I priced it to sell. This truck will drive anywhere. It was owned by an older gentleman prior to me and was never used to tow. It rides great. every option on it works 100%.
