• The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours by phone 713-392-2317 or E- mail to start transaction and to receive a Purchase Order via Fax or E-mail.
• The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500 Non Refundable deposit required via wire transfer, isa/MC, r certified funds (cashier's check) to start the transaction. The buyer has3 days to do his/her inspections and due diligence. After the3 days following the closing day of the auction, f the buyer has not completed his/her inspections and due diligence, t will be understood that the vehicle will be taken as an "As Is" without the inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, he vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come first serve basis. In a nutshell, he deal must be consummated within 4 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.
• All sales arewill have a documentary fee of $50, tate inspection fee of $40.75 (texas residents), ealer destination fee of $195. No exceptions
• Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax, egistration fee of $110.30. Out-of-state customers may pay tax and register the vehicle in their own applicable state. Upon request, e can also complete the buyers home state registration.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Also, he transportation to and from the airport and our location is buyer's responsibility.

• Group One makes every attempt to deliver our vehicles to our clients with all key fobs, anuals, booklets, AV CDs, heel locks, ool kits, tc..., owever, rom time-to-time, vehicle may be missing one or more of these items and we cannot guarantee that they will be included in the vehicle at the time of sale. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.

• The vehicles in the auction are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as "As Is" condition.

• Group One reserves the right to cancel any contract until full payment is received.
