Thunderbird Convertible & parts car

For your consideration a 1965 Thunderbird Convertible Project Car& a Convertible parts car. This car sat for over 15 years after an unfortunate accident from a brake failure. The original ownerhit a tree in his yard to stop the car, fter realizingthe he had lost the brakes while backing out of his garage. In theprocess hebroke the park gear in the transmission trying to stop before hitting the tree with the right rear corner. The car has had an older restoration done at some point prior to the tree accident. Itlooks like the Quarter panels and Rockers were replaced at that time and the car was repainted the original gold color . The Interior is original cloth in fair shapefor it age but is showing its age. I bought the car when the original owners family needed to get it out of the garage to sell the houserelated to an estate sal, t hadbeen sitting in the garage since early 1990'swhen it was damaged. Ihave since gonethough the Brakes, t has new rotors calipers brake hoses master cylinder & rear wheel cylinders, herear drums where turned and new rear brake shoes were installed and a new line was run front to rear, he brakes works are working fine no, also cleaned out the fuel tank installed new Fuel Pump & HosesRebuilt the Carbureto, nstalled new plugs points condenser rotor ca, ires and new coil & Radiator & HeaterHoses and Belts were replaced . I Flushed the cooling system installed a new thermostat and replaced the coolantwith fresh Anti Freeze. It also got an oil change and new filter.The engine runs great now,so well in fact that the sellers claim to me that 57K was the original mileshis father put on the car is believable.The complete set of original factory Wheels & Wheelcovers are in good shape and come with the car the tires will need to be replaced to drive the car regularly the restored wheels and new tires on the car in the video were from another restoration and were justused to take the car out on the road an drive it... The car drives Nice!The drivers floor panwas repaired at some point but needs to be redoneto look right from underneath the ca, I bought a reproduction drivers floor pan that comes with the car to redo that properly, he rest of the floor pan looks pretty good . The rockers are rusting on the bottoms and need to be repaired or replacedbut the rockers on the parts car look pretty good and could be used.Theparts need to fix the RearDamageare also pretty nice on the parts ca, he original rear bumper and tail lamps have the bezels and they come with the car, am not interested in selling parts offthe parts carbut will consider selling the car without the parts car if someone seriously interested doesn't want the parts car. I'm only selling because I've just gotten involved real estate project that'sdominating mytime right now.The asking price includes the '65 Convertible parts car pictured and it hasthe parts is needed to fix the rear collision damage, that car also has a power widow set up in it that could be installed in the other car.I've made a video of the car that shows it runnin, top functioning and shows it on a lift so you can see the underside .
