2012 Lexus CT200h Premium Hatchback 4-Door 1.8L 99% condition loaded fullhistory

Allow me to start out by saying I am fully available to answer any and all questions regarding the vehicle. I am the fist owner and have owned it ever since early delivery was taken in 2011. I have done nothing but baby this vehicle and scream at any acorn ive ever run over with it. This vehicle has handled the Cleveland streets very well. This vehicle is an amazing winter car. The extent to which this vehicle is capable in the winter time is truly astonishing. A refreshing treat. This vehicle is fun to drive but also can get up to 65+ per gallon depending on your driving style. Also, ts the only lexus that runs on regular gas- an important fact! Ive been spending more freeway time recently and the overall mpg of the vehicle has dropped to the mid 40's, hich I will remind you, s still points above its official rating. This vehicle has a complete history on the hybrid drive system, o you can get far more info than you could ever care for about how your system is operating and how your driving has effected it. Now for more organized discussion.
Condition;
This vehicle is in near perfect condition. Mechanically it works as well, f not better than the first day i had it (the hybrid system learns driver behavior and becomes more efficient and effective). The ride and handling are fantastic- a spectacular example of Lexus luxury and engineering. The three driving modes allow you to choose from optimal hybrid mode, omfort, nd a far more zippy and responsive setting. This vehicle has been religiously serviced at the dealership from which it was purchased, nd full records are available. The interior is absolutely immaculate. When i get the car detailed, t looks 100% like it did day 1. Even months after detail, his vehicle holds that perfect look. So much so that passengers enter and ask me if i just bought a new car. happens often, nd I LOVE IT. Everywhere you look there is another feature or otherwise a unique aspect of lexus design that you come to love- far too many to discuss here. There are only three things that keep this vehicle from being truly 100% condition. The first is a small ding on the driver side door above the door handle. This occured days ago and may be fixed before this listing is over. It did not scratch paint, ut it is a visible ding. Very small fix. Was not from another vehicle or stationary object impact. Also, he lining around the keyless start button is not 100% perfect. I usually ask for a tuck every time it pops out at the dealership. Has happened twice. Like i said, am at 100% FULL DISCLOSURE. These are mostly non-issues, ut to me are still quite relevant to discuss and address. This vehicle is worth about 20-22000 based on the most prudent of assessments, nd these are very small issues. The third issue is described below.
Important information on vehicle historyI urge you to get the carfax or otherwise a general history report of the vehicle. This vehicle has never been in a true accident and has never even seen more difficult experiences than a bumpy road. There is one minor incident in the vehicle's history- this incident was a scraping of thebottomof the front bumper. This vehicle is very low to the ground and, dditionally, as a full "skirt" around the vehicle that includes a very low front scoop w foglights, tc. This item costs 500-700 to replace plus paint and labor. I decided to go along with it. There was no accident, o accident report, nd no "collision" in the common sense of the word. I have a lowdeductible, o of course i decided to contact insurance. They did what they needed to do, nd we got it fixed by the dealer. I WILL NOT consider this vehicle to be anything less than near perfect condition. It barely exhibits wear and tare.
A Few Interesting Facts;
A few things to know about this vehicle include what kind of warranty this vehicle has. It has an existing warranty to 100,000 for the hybrid drive system and to 70000 forcorrosion. Anotherinterestingand important point; this vehicle is a Lexus. No surprise there, owever, ot every fix is going to be the cheapest. This vehicle has another 100000 miles before it is going to need a major overhaul. Also, ont believe the histeria about how a new hybrid system will go out at 50000 miles and it will cost 15,000 for a replacement. That wasn't true 12 years ago when it started and its not true right now. This vehicle is very reasonable to maintain through 150,000 miles and is only coming off its first breath.
FURTHER Luxury options not previously discussed;
There is no way i will be able to list all of the options and features of this vehicle. Here are a few more to add to the list; this vehicle has 5 full seatbelts, olding down rear-centerconsole, EYLESS-GO keyless start, eyless touch-point driver and passenger side entry as well as total vehicle exterior lock and unlock on tailgate door. Fog Lights are also equipped, nd the brights look similar to a collapsed sun. Full BLUTooth interface with Ipod hardwire integration and voice command. THIS VEHICLE HAS IT ALL! This vehicle is equipped with the full lexus suite and compares to the options on the models that cost over 60000.
I could go on and on about how amazing this vehicle is. Truly exceptional.
