2011 Lexus IS350 - LOW MILES

I am selling my daughter'sLOW MILEAGE2011 Lexus IS 350 because they need money for a down payment on ahouse. They have owned it for over a year and have not had any issues with it. It looks and drives like new, s a non smoking car, nd has all the bells and whistles. There are a few minor paint chips from stones on the front, hich is normal for the model, ut otherwise it is in excellent condition. The title for the car is CLEAR...however, he carfax shows it was a flood vehicle, e have had the car inspected from a local garage (invoice attached, howing no problems.)
