2003 RSX Type S: Low miles, Mint

Up for sale is my 2003 Acura RSX Type-S with 58K original miles. No, hat isn't a typo. I purchased this car from the original owner and have cared for it just as good as he has since I have owned it. Clear FL title in hand as well as the owners manual, sets of keys, nd all receipts under my ownership.
The paint is original with the exception of the rear bumper, he p.o. said he was hit in a parking lot and had it re-sprayed. Aside from that there are a few scratches and dings around the car as to be expected for a 2003. Overall it is in great condition and shines like new.
The interior is in fantastic shape with just a couple spots of wear on it. The most noticeable spot is slight wear in the driver's side seat bolster.
The engine and transmission are in great condition. Trans shifts smooth as it should and the clutch is still in good shape as well. The engine has had nothing except Mobil 1 and either OEM or Mobil filters changed every 5K miles. At that time I also rotate the tires which are BF Goodrich and still have a good 10K of life left in them. I have done a full tune up on the car recently which consisted of Spark plugs, elt, rans fluid, .s. fluid, nd coolant. Basically everything has been done already and this car is ready to go. No leaks, mokes, trange smells, r anything like that.
The car also has light, asteful mods on it. They are:
-Injen Intake
-Greddy Header
-Greddy Evo 2 exhaust (cat still installed, ot loud)
-Wilwood big brake kit
-Eibach Sway bars
-KYB GR2 and Vogtland lowering springs
-MB Weapon wheels 17x8 +28 and BFG tires
-Circuit hero shift knob and extender
-20% tint all around, 0% on Windshield
-Alpine headunit adapted to the stock bose speakers and sub
-Osram nightbreaker headlight bulbs and PIAA plasma fog bulbs
-OEM all season mats
-Draw tite trailer hitch (used for bike rack mainly and towed my jet ski a handful of times last year)

- Clear on rear bumper is spider webbing a bit from someone backing into me lightly. It 's barely noticable unless you really look for it which is why I never fixed it.
- Occasionally the right front dust boot will pop off the bump stop and rattle around on the strut and make a noise over bumps at slow speeds. It is merely a noise and doesn't hurt anything. I will most likely have this fixed in a few days.
- 1 small Dent on hood and 1 chip on windshield from a rock on the highway
Those 3 things are quite minor I just prefer to tell everything up front so there are no surprises. I have the stock stereo, hift knob, nd a few other things that go along with it. Unfortunately, do not have the bulk of the stock parts. The car is also for sale locally, o listing may end early. I'm asking $12,500 OBO. I'm selling the car because I bought a Jet Ski recently and need something more suitable for towing/outdoor stuff. Pics do not do the car justice, ust see in person.
