1987 Wrangler with Chevy 5.7 (SBC 350) and Chevy Turbo 350 transmission. The motor has about 260 HP. 4" suspension lift, .25" body lift, enon extended fender flares, osi manual locking front differential. It currently has 33x12.50 tires, think 35" will fit.
This build was done about 20 years ago and put in storage (enclosed garage) about 15 years ago. It has less than 3,000 miles on the build, he body and frame has about 118,xxx. I just recently began tuning it up. The work done so far: all fluids changed, ew battery, ew plugs, ew plug wires, ew HEI, ew master cylinder, nd new fuel lines at tank. The undercarriage has also been cleaned and painted. There is no rot at all, he only rust was very light surface rust where the master cylinder leaked. Those areas were wire brushed, treated with a rust inhibitor and painted. Even the floor boards are completely solid. This Jeep has spent it's entire life in South MS.....most of which was in anenclosed garage. The front fender and bumper are dented (street sign got in the way about 20 years ago). Other than that, he body is in good shape, othing other than small dings.
The Jeep runs and drives but I would not drive it far until it's been thoroughly checked out. I don't think a lot of work is needed, ut it should be looked at as a small project. Most of the hard, xpensive work is done, t justneeds some time put into it to make it nice and to get all the kinks worked out, ut I don't think it will take a lot of money.
I will help with shipping, ut it is the purchasers responsibility to set it up and pay for it.The Jeep is also for sale locally, reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
Autocheck shows my as the original and only owner....I actually bought it from the original owner, o it's a 2 owner Jeep, ot 1.
