2000 LEXUS LX 470 AWESOME!!

This auction is for my 2000 Lexus 470. This truck has been part of my family for the last 8 years or so. I purchased "Rocky" from Lindsay Lexus in Alexandria, A as an original, owner car, ith just over 64,000 miles. I have the dealer's invoice on all work performed to ready the vehicle for sale. The original service manual is also included with each regular service verified. The Carfax details are included in the photos. Currently, ocky has just under 162,000 miles.
When I bought this truck, was looking for the safest, ost solid and reliable vehicle that I could afford at the time to protect my wife and young daughter while they were on the road. Thus, he name Rocky, iven to the LX by my daughter. If you are familiar with and have spent any time driving a Lexus or Land Cruiser, ou know exactly what I am talking about. The truck has been garaged kept, as no rust, eaks, queaks, r rattles. The leather was reconditioned by Lindsay Lexus before I bought it, nd I have cleaned and conditioned it with Leather RX every few months for the last 8 years. There are no holes, ips, r tears anywhere in the interior. This includes the carpet and headliner. I have had this truck TOYOTA DEALER MAINTAINED as well, nd have all service records.
The timing belt and water pump was replaced in 2011 at 92000 k miles. The exhaust manifolds were replaced in 2013 at 138 k miles. I replaced the front rotors and brakes in 2014 at 153000 k miles. New Sears Die Hard Battery last year. All oil changes also performed at local Toyota Dealer. (The nearest Lexus Dealer is about 100 miles away which is why I did not use them) The LX is all original, nd every mechanical feature works. This includes the self adjusting side mirrors when backing up, olding inward, nd preset auto adjustment for individual drivers. The high - low suspension adjustment, eated seats, uto climate control, ower seats, nd Nakamichi audio system are all original and functioning. The body and paint is all original, nd for it's age is in remarkable condition.
Yes, fter 16 years there are some small imperfections, few nicks, ight scratches, tone chips, tc. The mineral grey metallic paint still has an amazing shine. For accuracy I would like to point out the passenger side rear reflector in the bumper is cracked. I believe this part is less than $10 on LexParts website. Also, he passenger side running board has a small area where the paint has discolored from flexing when I bounced over a snow bank at the end of my driveway last winter. Did I mention snow?
I live in the mountains in rural Virginia and sometimes it takes a couple of days before they plow our roads. I have NEVER had to stay home in bad weather. This truck can easily plow through 18" of heavy snow. I've had to do it several times. I have had four Toyota Land Cruisers, 976 FJ 40, 986 FJ 60, 987 FJ 60, nd 1994 FJ 80. They all have awesome off road and snow capability. This truck is equally as capable with it's full time 4 wheel drive, ust a lot more luxurious and comfortable. NOTE, his truck has NEVER been off road.
Unfortunately, t is time to sell the truck. I will remove the harp sticker before it is sold. I think the LX is just now getting broken in.
