Brand new timing belt and water pump just installed.

Tires have less than 10K miles on them, o they have plenty of life left. (receipt available if needed)
Car is in great shape, specially the Interior.

Minor scratches on the sides, nd some bigger scratches on the rear bumper caused by backing out of parking spot and rubbing against another car, long with backing into parking post.
No major accidents. CARFAX states there was an accident in 2007, hich involved replacing the rear window due to backing into raised Truck lift, ut no real body work from what I remember.
