This is a one family corporate owned car, leased by an executive that bought the car from the leasing company at the end of the 3 year lease period and then drove it for an additional 8 years under corporate maintenance care. The three year warranty mentioned isfor the new Cooper Tires only, the car is being sold in it's as is condition except for the transferable tire warranty.
