Immaculate 2010 Lexus LS 460L Under Lexus Platinum Warranty

This low mileage Satin Cashmere Metallic LS 460L is currently covered by a Lexus Platinum warranty until May 2017, or for another 10,000 miles. The car is loaded with most available options, including air suspension, heated front and rear leather seats, dynamic radar cruise control, 19 speaker Mark Levinson Reference sound system, comfort package, luxury package, and navigation.

The car has always been garaged, and the hood, front bumper and half fenders have been covered with 3M film. The whole car has also been professionally Opti-Coated, and the paint luster resembles that of a brand new car. The vehicle has been serviced exclusively at Lexus dealers at the manufacturer recommended intervals. No service is currently due for another 3,500 miles, but the tires will need to be replaced soon.

The interior is very clean, the leather still feels soft and smooth, and the gloss on the wood trim is like new. The only known flaw is scuff marks on the 3M film covering the front bumper, where I believe someone backed into me while I was parked. This is shown in the last photo. As a result of this incident, one of the headlamp sprayers does not automatically retract after use, and a parking sensor is malfunctioning. I have not repaired these items, as the washer is easily nudged back into place, and I have turned off the parking sensors; I rarely use the headlamp washers, and with a rear view camera, I don’t miss the parking sensors.

Lexus has a well deserved reputation for reliability, and the new owner has a unique opportunity to own a beautifully crafted ultra-luxury car that should provide many years of driving pleasure. I have owned many high end luxury marques including S-Class Mercedes and M Series BMWs, but no car that I have ever owned compares to the quiet and comfortable ride of this Lexus. In this car, you can complete long road trips without feeling the fatigue typically associated with such drives. I believe the new owner will truly enjoy this car.
