Description

Up for sale is my 2002 Lexus IS300 Sportcross. I bought it with 197,000 miles last year, it now has 226,000 miles. Has a clean title. That will increase as I use it for work/daily driving. The car is fully optioned from the factory. Meaning it has leather interior instead of the vinyl/suede, navigation (yes it still works), heated seats, as well as the 3.91/LSD rear end. Here is everything I have done to maintain the car since I've owned it.
New key
Radiator
Fan switch
A/c recharge
Brakes (need to be redone due to pulsation, I will do them for the new owner)
Alignment (will redo for new owner, I set toe at 0 degrees to maximize tire life with curent setup)
Full timing belt kit with water pump and seals
Serpentine belt
Spark plugs/wires
Valve cover gaskets
All fluids/filters
Transmission mount
Rear tires done 3K ago, fronts done 9K ago
Drivers side HID igniter
6500K HID bulbs
Synthetic oil changes every 5K miles
Replaced dome lights with LEDs
As far as modifications, there are only a handful
Blacked out emblems and grille
Red calipers with Lexus emblems
Motegi SP10 wheels (sprayed gunmetal)
TRD Altezza coilovers (very rare, came from Japan)
Overall the car is in fair condition. Here are the cons of the car:
Oil leak (not sure from where, leaves a few drops when parked overnight)
Paint isn't in the best condition, few scratches/chips but still looks good all cleaned up
Front bumper has some scrapes/damage from hitting a possum, but everything is intact
Minor clunk from rear under hard acceleration/when put in gear, possible diff or subframe bushing
Coilovers recently started making noise while going over bumps
Typical dash wear in 02-05 IS300s
CD/Tape player intermittently don't work, but stereo works fine.
Interior leather has no rips or tears. Carpet/headliner is in great contition. Full tool kit as well as the original spare is also intact. This has been an excellent car to me. Never once has it let me down. The amount of cargo room is insane with the seats down. I will include the stock springs if you wish to put the suspension back to stock, all you would need are the shocks. I'm asking $5000 for the car. I'm more than happy to send more pictures to serious buyers. CASH only. The only trades I'm interested in are an Ion Redline, Civic Si Sedan, HHR SS, Cobalt SS sedan or Altima SE R. Anything else don't bother offering.
