This is a 2001 Lexus LX470 with approximately 95,000 miles on it (rising slowly as I drive it to and from work about 100 miles per week and it gets used as the family road trip machine). The body is in very good condition, with very shiny paint and an almost flawless tan leather interior. Recent maintenance includes new Yokohama Geolander AT-S tires, an oil change, freshly greased driveline zerts, new serpentine belt, new viscous fan coupler and a $$$ repair to the passenger side frame rail. Lexus in their infinite wisdom chose to discharge the A/C condensate right into the frame, which caused the bottom to rot along a 2 foot section. I've extended the drain tube away from this location and a professional welder fixed the frame with a whole lot of new steel. This truck has a ton of life left in it. The Land Cruiser/LX470 was, and still is, the most expensive vehicle that Toyota/Lexus makes and offers most of the off road ability of a jeep with the build quality and safety of a Mercedes. By far the quietist, most comfortable long-distance traveling vehicle I've ever owned! We recently took it on a 1,500 mile road trip including lots of horrible fire roads in the Upper Peninsula and it performed absolutely flawlessly. One drive will be all it takes to fall hopelessly in love with this truck!
