You are bidding on #119 of 400 Lincoln continental cabriolets built in 1941. The owner of this beautiful pre-war car passed away recently and I have the privilege of selling the car from his estate. He owned the car since 1975 and has maintained the car for driver quality purposes as he enjoyed taking it out for Sunday drives. Unfortunately, fforts to locate paperwork and maintenance records have turned up nothing so far. The family is still looking. It does come with documentation from the Henry Ford research center. Currently the car is baby blue (his favorite color) and looks very nice with a couple touch up spots (pictured). The original color was Darian blue which looks to be more of a metallic blue gray color. The interior is blue leather which is correct for the car and in fantastic condition execpt for one spot on the driver’s seat where a small tear looks to have been repaired. The top is currently tan (and in excellent condition) but came from the factory in black. The car runs, rives and stops as it should. It has the V-12 motor and a 3 speed on the tree transmission. This car came from the factory with the optional spotlight mounted above the driver side mirror and rear lamps which makes the car even rarer.
