This 1996 Viper is completely custom. I bought it in 2005 and it had 18990 miles on it at that time. today it has 23. 17 that's less than 5k miles in 10 years. I purchased it from the guy who owned a viper accessory company in NY. I am the 3rd owner of this car. Over the decade I have owned it.
