I previously posted this truck on ebay and someone tripped the reserve with a bid and was able to re-tract it. he told me his wife found out and he could not buy it. TruckNorris almost caused a divorce. Shame on ebay for letting him take his bid back. The CD player is not hooked up. Everything else works in the truck. dome light - blinkers - gauges - ect. Here it is…and I must warn you…this is the most Macho truck out there…If it were possible for a truck to be a famous person. this truck would be Chuck Norris…hence the trucks name “TRUCKNORRIS” ( You can change the name if you like. ) This truck is not for the faint of heart…it is not intended to for drives to your local Starbucks to purchase a cup of over priced coffee. it is not meant to take you to Bed Bath and Beyond or even to your local vegan gluten-free café. This truck was designed to last forever…Watch the TOP GEAR episode about this truck. they are tanks that can take a licking and keep on ticking. This truck was designed to have a machine gun mounted to the roll bar and to be driven through war torn Middle Eastern countries. Fortunately for Trucknorris…it has had a stress free life living in the desert of Southern California catching rays and picking up girls at the beach. Trucknorris has not seen much action in its life other than making the occasional drive to the hardware store. Trucknorris comes with amazing 22R 4 banger that is all original and has not been molested. It has an amazing interior that is unbelievably clean…no cracks in this dashboard. This Hilux comes with a factory 5 speed manual transmission. (don’t get a 4 speed) power steering so that you can drive one handed. and A/C for those hot summer days. (Due to the fact that this car is so COOL…. I never had a need to use the A/C so you may need to recharge it…but it is all there) All of the four wheel drive components work perfectly fine. This Hilux can accommodate you and a lucky friend…Maybe more people in the bed…but please check your local laws before you start driving around with all of your children in the back of the truck. The bed has a painted on bed liner that could use a new coat as areas are starting to chip…and an amazing dual bar roll bar that would make Marty McFly jealous. Do you like a little bling…well so does Trucknorris. Back in the late 80’s Trucknorris decided he did not want to be like everyone else so he went out and bought every imaginable piece of chrome he could find to accessorize his shiny yellow paint. This truck has a front chrome(aluminum) lip under the front chrome bumper. chrome rear bumper. chrome tail gate lip. chrome side vents and chrome grab bars that make Trucknorris look like a real 80’s PIMP!!! The mileage is estimated at 152k – by the look of the rubber pads on the brake and gas pedals this looks to be about accurate. The car runs great and recently passed CA smog. I drove it from San Diego to Oakland doing 75mph the whole way. I recently replaced all of the suspension with OLD MAN EMU suspension. This is top of the line stuff. I installed Light duty springs – OLD MAN EMU shocks – steering stabilizer from Sky Manufacturing– OLD MAN EMU grease-able shackles and a Sky Manufacturing Heavy Duty Tie Rod. The original instructions to where you grease the truck is still in the holder above the sun visor. I also have the original key. The underside of Trucknorriss is even more impressive…this bad boy is clean…no rusted out frame rails here…there is hardly any surface rust under the car…the underside of the bed is in amazing condition…so before you go out a buy a similar Hilux for 5 to 10 grand that is full of rust take a look at this one. The underside of this Hilux is so clean you could eat off of it. Recently a new muffler was installed and now Trucknorris breaths with the best of them.
