Thanks for checking out my 1978 Ford F250 Ranger 4x4. I have grown up around Fords Trucks all my life, y grandpa and dad had Ford trucks ever since I was little, o they have always been part of my life and have always driven Fords. My dad in fact still has his 1979 F250 that we bought used back in 1982, hope to get a hold of it someday and restore it. You are looking at a very nice Ranger 4x4, n awesome shape. It was repainted about 10 years ago, nd still looks great. The color combination is a Vintage Burgundy and Wimbledon white sides are a great combination. The truck has a very honest look, ot all modified, ery stock, n great shape over all very nice driver, he you can drive and enjoy and occasionally show or use in parades if you are into that. Condition: The body is in amazing condition for an older Ford truck, span>nice and straight down the sides, ody panels fit nicely. Paint has a very nice gloss to it, aint has a little bit of age to it, am guessing around 10 years old but looks great. There are a couple minor bubbles at the bottom of the passenger door on the bottom edge. When you open the doors up at the bottom seam along the bottom on the inside, his is a common area, here are some small blisters along the seam and inner door, hey need to be cleaned back up, nd repainted, ut it is on the inside of the door, r just leave it. No signs of any excessive filler on the truck, span>it is very straight down the sides. Around the roof gutter is amazing, o bubbles, o rust in gutters or around windows. It does have a nice shine to it, stage base/clear, few small minor chips that have been touched up, ery few from being driven, here is a rub spot on top of the bed toward cab on drivers side, ot sure if someone buffed through the paint or something rubbed it. Maybe if someone put bed liner on rails or caps it might cover it, ut doesn’t look that bad, t is what it is. In the photos, took pictures of the roof, nd forgot to clean it, o apologize for that, ol. The general chrome and stainless on the truck, s in good shape. The front grill area is nice but on the driver side there are a few dings and waves on the upper section of grill. Overall the trim could use polished it has small oxidation on it. This is a lot nicer then most F250 4x4 out there it turns a lot of heads, nd I get a lot of compliments, span>not trying to beat up the condition, ut it does have minor flaws, ut overall is a great looking truck. The bottom corners of the cab are in really nice shape, o repairs, o rust. If you look inside the door jams, hey are in really amazing condition, o rust issues, ery solid all the way around. The front and rear bumpers are in really nice condition. Overall the body is in very solid, nd in great shape, esides some of the paint flaws. The floors and undercarriage look to be in very nice condition. The front floor boards look like they were replaced when it got painted as well see pictures. Bed is in good shape, span>has been professionally sprayed with Pro-Lin. The floors also have sound mat like dynomat under original mat.

Mechanically it is in great shape. The engine I believe is the original 400, ith AT transmission. It starts right up and runs very good. Does not blow smoke or burn oil, as very good oil pressure. Engine has not been rebuilt, hat I know of, ust detailed a little bit under the hood to look fresh again. The engine is in very good shape, t starts right up, ounds great, o noise, mooth running, ne clicks of the gas pedal and it fires right up. The engine isa strong runner for sure, nd you can pull almost anything with in reason. I have driven this truck on the freeway, nd it does very well. There is normal engine oil residue, ut no major oil leaks currently that I have noticed, othing hits the ground. It does notsmoke or burn oil,exhaust is clean. The transmission shifts excellent, joints and rearend feel great. Power steering is in great shape, teers very nice. Shifts very good. The exhaust is in good shape, ew muffler and tailpipe. The brakes work very good does notpull, ruck stops nice and straight, t stops amazingly nice and straight. The tires are older Toyo Open Country AT, T235/85/16 and match all the way around., would say they are about 95%. Overall mechanically the truck seems to be in good shape, bviously will need a little tinkering here and there it’s an old truck, ut mechanically it is good. The truck is very dependable, nd drives great for the vintage.

Interior is in great shape.The seat is in beautiful condition, o rips or tears, epadded and covered. Overall the interior is very clean, his is something that I for sure would take my wife out on a date in, t is notdirty inside, ery clean, or a truck that has been driven and enjoyed, span>door panels are in nice shape, ash pad are excellent, o cracks. Floor mat is original in it, as one small tear in the center hump. Steering wheel, as few small hairline cracks on rim, ut overall in good condition. Non-Smoker truck, ot Musty. Headliner is excellent, lso dome light works. Very nice looking inside not perfect but very nice for a driver and very comfortable to ride in. Gauges are working inside, span>radio works good, ash lights work. All the exterior lights on thetruck. Wipers, orn all work, he heater works. Thedoor glass rolls down nicely. The dash lights are not working, ot sure if it is the switch. Overall a great looking interior. All in all the truck is a great old truck.
