Description

I've had this car a couple of years now and ready to move on to some other projects. I'm an individual owner/not a car dealer. I buy cars/motorcycles quite often to drive and enjoy then sell. None are bought/sold at a profit (Expensive Hobby). This 68 Lincoln Continental and the 1986 Land Rover Defender 110 I have listed were kept longer than I normally do but these have been two of my favorites for sure. The car is a great weekend driver. I have several vehicles and this one certainly turns heads everywhere you go. I've had all work done at a local shop that specializes in older and high end car restorations. The leather interior looks great. No rips or tears.. looks new. The paint is not perfect.. was in current condition when I bought it. Paint looks great going down the road and even from a few feet away but could stand to be touched up/painted if you are looking for a show car. The hard top (vinyl I think) is in great shape. I've had an after market CD player with bluetooth and remote added just under dash to keep original radio in tact and not modify original dash. Power antenna is missing as well and isn't currently being used or needed with current radio set up. 6X9's were professionally installed in back behind rear seats and look factory. I have the whitewall tires and rims shown in last pic as well. The car currently sits on the 22" spokes and tires with barely any wear on them. The A/C blows cold, he heat blows Hot and all other features work as they should. Car has power locks, indows, eats and so on. Hard to believe a 1968 model came factory with these options. The transmission was recently rebuilt, otor running strong.. I'd be fully comfortable driving this across country. Brakes, uspension, tc have all been gone through and are problem free. I am the 3rd owner to my knowledge and have the original work order, ooks to the car, tc. This is a numbers matching collectible in absolutely great shape. The restoration shop that worked on this one for me was amazed at how good of shape the body was in..no rust, atchwork, tc. I'm not sure on original mileage. Dash/Odometer shows 36,035 as of today and works perfect but not sure if this is correct/true mileage. I have a clean/clear title to the car in hand. Feel free to email with any questions. I'd prefer to have someone see the car in person but I will work with a shipping company of your choice if needed.
