This Lincoln had sustained fresh water damage. It appears that the water got up to the bottom of the dash. We had to replace a power seat switch in the drivers seat. We also checked all of the vehicles fluids for contamination from the water. The engine oil had some trace amounts of water in its but all of the other fluids were clean. We drained the engine and changed the oil filter. We also removed the interior and had it professionally cleaned. This Lincoln now runs and drives excellent in its current condition with no issues found in the engine. transmission. suspension. cooling and/or electrical. There are no musty odors from the water.
