For sale here is a very rare 1960 Lincoln Continental Mark V Coupe. Only 1461 Mark V coupes were produced that year. In fact. more convertibles were made than coupes. This one is also the rare code "B". Marine Blue. a dark blue. The big 430 V-8 runs well and starts right up. Good brakes. The trans shifts good. The exhaust has a little rumble. This one has power vent windows and a power breezeway rear window. The power windows work as well as the before mentioned vent and breezeway windows. The courtesy lights and dome. The rear passenger courtesy lights work and also their switches. Radio works well. The headlights. turn signals. and taillights are working. Wipers work. The speedometer and fuel gauge work. The clock even works for a little while if you tap on it. I think there is a fuse out that is not allowing the heater blower to run. Some @%&*^$# stole the fender skirts. They are around $300 on ebay. Good tires. Nice correct hubcaps. Glass is good. Bumpers are decent and solid. Pretty nice stainless. The interior is really fairly good and very useable as is. The dash is in very good shape with just a slight sag near the glove box. Decent headliner. Good door panels. The seats are comfortable. Needs painted. but the body is solid. Both rockers have been fixed by the previous owner. One small spot of paint bubble on bottom of driver's quarter. Trunk is solid but needs trunk upholstery. There are 3-4 spots of rust through on the underside. but the floors are solid when you stamp your heel down. This 1960 "Land Yacht" Lincoln Mark V is a very impressive car indeed. Almost everything on the car already works! With skirts and paint. this big. comfortable. and rare 60's cruiser will be great for driving around town in style. Please feel free to ask questions. Inspection is available. Sold in as-is condition.
