Description

I bought this car from a used car dealer in Illinois in August of 2010. I thought at the time I was the 3rd owner but have since learned from the report that I am the 4th owner. It had 77. 00 miles on it when I bought it. A 6 year battery was installed 02/14/2011New front tires installed 11/03/2011New back tires installed 01/31/13The above tires have less than 2000 miles on them and I replaced the original white side wall tires with new white side wall tires as you can see in the pictures. This car has been serviced regularly at the same shop in a small town near where I live. Air conditioner serviced last summer and works perfect. There is nothing on this car that does not work. I drove my sister 100 miles home after hip surgery and even though she was in pain she said it was the smoothest ride she could have had. I drove this car from North to South Missouri in 2011 and that was the least tiring trip I have ever made. I am a senior citizen and comfort is second in importance to me. My reason for selling the car is after getting my second over 50 pound. dog they do not like being crowded up in the back seat. I have always kept the seat and floor in the back covered so there is no dog hair or damage because of them. I also have a van and since the dogs have plenty of room in the van I nearly always drive that. I drive the car to the grocery store and do errands usually about once a week. about 14 miles round trip. The dogs stay home for those trips. I replaced the floor mats with custom Cadillac mats. The originals have some cigarette burns and will be in the trunk. I added custom Cadillac seat belt covers for comfort. There are fold down lighted mirrors for the rear passengers as well as a fold down center arm rest. You will receive the Cadillac gold keys and the fob which will also open the fuel access door and trunk. I get 24-26 miles to the gallon on the highway so it is great on fuel economy. Many of the newer smaller cars cannot boast that. If you want comfort. easy driving and great riding. you can't beat a Cadillac. I love this car and would not be selling it if the dogs liked riding in it. I am a 66 year old retired woman and would drive this car anywhere. If you drive 5 miles down the road and get buyers remorse for whatever reason. this vehicle is sold as is where is. It is 16 years old and that must be taken into consideration. There will be no return or refund after you have taken possession of the car and drove it. On Mar-26-15 at 15:49:09 PDT. seller added the following information:No refund. no return On Mar-29-15 at 07:41:58 PDT. seller added the following information:I made a mistake on the mileage. as of today 03/29/15 the mileage is 87743. I had someone else check it before and the 84. 00 is what they gave me. I apologize for any inconvenience. I will be driving it at least once more to the grocery store before it is sold so that will increase some. On Apr-01-15 at 05:18:05 PDT. seller added the following information:This Cadillac has heated front seats and I forgot to mention that. I discovered this feature in August 2010 during the 2 hr drive home from the used car dealer in Illinois. The outside temperature was registering about 94 degrees. I had tested the air conditioner during the test drive and it functioned exactly as it was supposed to do. After a few miles into the trip I was getting warmer and warmer. No matter how low I turned the air conditioner and even though my top half was now turning blue. the bottom half still seemed too warm. The farther I drove the more angry I became because I knew I would have a big bill to fix whatever was wrong with the air conditioner. After getting home and going over everything on the car from top to bottom I for the first time I noticed the heated seat lever was on high. I guess I accidentally had turned it on when I got in the car to drive it home. After turning the heated seat off this car was quite comfortable to drive in the summer. The heated seats are a real blessing during cold winter months especially for someone with back pain.
