Description

Beautiful 1954 Bel Air Sport Coupe Hardtop excellent condition with 68,000 original miles. Car has been kept mostly original except for transmission and rear end. These were replaced with a turbo 350 transmission and a blazer rear end. Everything works, ar runs and drives great but has some a couple of minor oil leaks. Paint looks great with but is not perfect. Usually picks up a ribbon or a plaque at most shows. Car was a feature car for National Chevy Association.

  • Original 235 straight six with hardened valves for unleaded gas.

  • Factory power steering.

  • Turbo 350 automatic transmission with blazer rear end.

  • 12 volt conversion.

The following was done over the last 2 years.

  • Underneath stripped down and treated with POR-15 then undercoated.

  • Interior stripped down and repaint and sound proofed.

  • New electric wiper motor conversion.

  • New power boost dual master cylinder.

  • New brake pads and drums turned.

  • New radiator, ater pump, /p>

  • New replica 12 volt battery

  • New mufflers and functioning stainless capped side pipes.

  • Rebuilt generator.

  • All new weather stripping and rubber throughout.

  • New side windows and re-chromed window trim.

  • New carpet with second skin sound deadening material underneath.

  • New door panels.

  • New Coker tires.
