2003 MASERATI Cambiocorsa Spyder

I am owed this car for about 3 1/2 years and it has been a blast to drive and cruise in. It always gets comments and questions where ever I go with it. Currently I have too many projects and I do not get drive this as much as I would like. This is the Cambiocorsa model which has a racing F1 style transmission. It is a manual transmission with a clutch. You shift with paddle shifters but there is no clutch pedal. The TCU controls the clutch operation.
I had a new clutch installed in the summer of 2013 and the fluids have been changed while I have owed it. I put a new set of spark plugs into it last year. Tires should be less than 2 years old and have plenty of tread on them. It was too quiet for me so I replaced the secondary cats with a racing pipe setup. It sounds like a Formula race car. I have never gotten a ticket in it but just drive it slowly when I see any Police around. It still has the Primary cats in place. If you live in a area that requires emission testing then you should not bid unless you are willing to have new secondary cats put back in at your expense. It also has a Formula Dynamics Drive By Wire installed for improved clutch wear. I installed the wiring harness that will accept their Drive By Wire and ECU upgrade but never got around to buying and installing the ECU upgrade.
It is in nice shape but does need a few items addressed. The radio and console buttons are sticky. It is a common problem with these cars as harsh cleaning agents break down the rubber coating. I have stripped some of the buttons but there are still some that need to be done. I can supply you with a contact who owns a Maserati and he will redo the buttons for a fee for you if you send them to him. You will notice the center console is cracked where the CD player is. I have a replacement that I ordered and never prepped and put in. It and various of spare parts like I collected will be included. The top has a small hole it and was that way when I bought it. This was caused by the elastic bands that pull the second bow back when the top is going down. I bought some new elastic to put but never did. I just help the 2nd bow move backwards as the top is going down. The window regulator broke on the passenger side. I attempted to repair it once and now it just starting acting up again. It might be repairable again or it might need to be replaced. The AC was cold this past summer but I just checked it and it needs a charge again. It had been serviced 2 summers so it must have a slow leak as the last charge lasted over a year. Currently the heater core is bypassed as it was leaking when I first got the car but was never told about. Also being in FL it never seems cold enough to need it.
I have tried to honestly describe the condition of the car but it would be best to come look for yourself. This is not the first vehicle I have bought or sold on Ebay and I 100% rating. The car is in good shape and only needs a few minor things that I have explained above.

The balance to be paid with a cashier check to my attorney in Jacksonville FL that he will hold in escrow for 2 weeks. His information will be provided to the winner bidder. After the 2 weeks the car can be released to you or your shipper. Winning bidder is responible for pick up or delivery. I will meet your shipper with the car if needed as their trucks are too big to come into the neighborhood. I can keep the car stored in my garage for an additional 30 days if needed.
