2013 Ford Focus ST - ST3 - Stage 3+

I'm selling my 2013 ST only because I need more space in a daily driver. This car has been loved and meticulously maintained by myself and the previous owner. I have attached the build list below.
KBB is $20.2k for an unmodified ST in this condition.
If you're looking to get an ST, t would cost well over $27k to get it where this one is. The tune and build were put together with the mindset of getting as much performance out of it as possible without compromising the reliability and driveability of a stock ST.
I also have the original wheel with a set of almost new Federal 595s that I swap out for autocross days that can be include but would be extra.
