This 1967 Oldsmobile 442 started out as a rust-free car and was completely disassembled and meticulously rebuilt. The powertrain was upgraded with a new GM high-performance Ram Jet 502 fuel-injected motor and a TH400 transmission with an added Gear Vendors overdrive. The Ram Jet 502 has 9.6:1 compression with 502hp at 5,100 rpm and has 565 ft/lbs of torque at 3,200 rpm. This motor is built with forged internals, ydraulic roller lifters and aluminum heads. It is finished off with Hooker headers and a new 3" Flowmaster exhaust system with electronic cutouts. This high-performance engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans and sits under a custom-made, ll-steel cowl hood. The seats have been finished in black two-tone leather. The door panels and headliner are custom-made along with a custom console that holds the B&M shifter, uto Meter gauges and a Gear Vendors overdrive control. The dash has new Auto Meter Pro-Comp gauges, nd it's sporting an Alpine stereo. Everything on the car is new or like new. The wheels of choice are a Center Line with Goodyear Comp TA tires. This car has less than 1,300 miles since its completion. With its fresh custom paint and custom finishes, his car is ready for you to go to the next car show or cruise night.
