THIS CHEVELLE WAS BUILT AT THE VAN NUYS, ALIFORNIA PLANT THE 2ND. WEEK OF FEBRUARY 1970. IT WAS SOLD NEW IN EPHRAIM, TAH. IT SPENT MOST OF IT'S LIFE THERE AND THAT IS WHY IT IS IN SUCH GREAT SHAPE.
THIS CAR STILL RETAINS IT'S ORIGINAL CODE 75 CRANBERRY RED PAINT...IT IS FADED AND VERY THIN IN PLACES...BUT HEY, T'S STILL THE FACTORY PAINT AND 46 YEARS OLD !! IT HAS NEVER HAD ANY BODY WORK DONE AT ALL !! SO, LL ORIGINAL BODY PANELS WITH ONLY VERY SLIGHT SURFACE RUST IN PLACES....NO RUST THRU ANYWHERE !!
IT STILL RETAINS THE ORIGINAL YA CODED WHEELS, 41 SUSPENSION, 2 BOLT 331 POSI REAREND, -21 MUNCIE TRANNY, M/FM RADIO, EATBELTS,...I MEAN IT'S THERE !!
THE ENGINE IS NOT THE ORIGINAL...BUT IS PERIOD CORRECT "854" BLOCK CTX SUFFIX CODED.350 H.P. 4-SPEED. HAS CORRECT 290 HEADS. IT DOES NOT HAVE CORRECT INTAKE OR CARB.
THE INTERIOR IS ALL ORIGINAL ALSO...THE 4- SPEED SHIFTER AND STEERING WHEEL ARE THE ONLY THINGS NOT ORIGINAL TO INTERIOR.
IT HAS 3 OF THE ORIGINAL T-3 HEADLIGHTS...ALL THE GOODIES FOR THE COWL INDUCTION HOOD..EXCEPT AIR BREATHER.
THE DASH HAS A CRACK FROM STEERING COLUMN TO THE DASH CLOCK THE DASH PAD HAD 2 HOLES CUT IN FOR SPEAKERS AND IT WILL NEED NEW PKG. TRAY. ALL LIGHTS, IPERS AND TURN SIGNALS WORK.
