Description:
This car is in good condition both mechanically and cosmetically. I would rate this car's exterior as an 8 outof 10 and interior I rate as the same, 8 out of 10. Small blemishes and wear should be expected. Considering the vehicles age. Small ding located on the hood. Crack in the front windshield. Engine runs very well and is very tight. Starts right up and idles super smoothly. Has theFerrariF1 transmission, that gives you the option to switch between manual and automatic. Clutch has been replaced very recently and has about 75% life span left.
NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS or warning lights on, however the tire pressure light is on, most likely needs a new battery in one of the senors. The front passenger head light bulb is out at the moment and will need to be replaced.
Tires are in very great condition and holds about 85% tread left on. Brakes are tight and strong with lots of life left. Suspension / Steering is tight with no vibrations. Suspension can be activated into SPORT mode for a more enjoyable ride. Please see pictures for more detail.

NOTE TO ALL DEALERS: We do not wholesale vehicles; this will be a retail sale. You will be required to pay a documentation fee and title fee. Cash or cashier's check is the only acceptable form of payment. Please bid accordingly.

Winning bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The deposit is payable through Paypal or, balance will be in cash or cashier's check. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2006 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle within 7 days of auction end. You may pick up your vehicle on any day except Sundays. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your car. A $20.00 per day storage fee will be added for every day after 7 days. All vehicles come with one key unless expressed otherwise in the description. Please understand this is a pre-owned vehicle. It may have chips, dings, scratches and some other imperfections not listed. Our Michigan dealer license allows us to do all paper work at our location only. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. We do not accept trade ins on eBay vehicles.

We do not handle any shipping of vehicles. The buyer is responsible for obtaining quote, hiring and payment to any shipping company they choose. Max Auto is not liable for any damages incurred by any such shipping company.

NOTE: The documentation fee is not negotiable and will be added on every car sold whether you are an individual or a dealer. Fee and Tax Information:

There is a dealer fee of $100.00 and a title transfer fee of $15.00 and a sales tax that is 6% of the cost of the vehicle. If you are going to Transfer an existing plate to the newly purchased vehicle there will be an $8.00 fee. I will need proof of insurance to issue a NEW plate and or transferring an existing plate. MICHIGAN residents must pay sales tax. Title will be mailed to you.
