2005 VW Passat TDI With NAV, SAT Radio, Hands-Free and Much More

This vehicle has been my daily driver for the past four years. I purchased it with about 170k to 180k on it and have owned it since. To the best of my knowledge I am only the second owner. I have had a significant amount of work done to it since I purchased it due to a few unfortunate events/failures. Due to all the work done. the engine should be good for another 200k or more. I am selling it because with my new job I have a relativity short commute and am replacing it with a newer car. Here is a list of work done to the engine. at about 190k it had the balance shaft module/oil pump module upgrade done (replaced the chain driven one with a new gear driven one. ) At about 217k an Injector tip broke. flooded cylinder one and bent a rod along with dinged the piston and head. As a result the I did an in-frame rebuild on the engine. It received one new piston and rod balanced with the other three by a performance shop. four new ring sets. four new rod bearing sets. cylinder walls honed. one new injector. complete head rebuild and numerous other items like gaskets. bolts. timing belt. water pump. rebuilt turbo. etc. To be able to afford to rebuild it I took out a loan against the car which I still owe $1. 00. on. it will be paid when the car is picked up and they will release the title to the buyer at that time. There are still a few items that it could use but are not required. they are as follows. The headlights should be replaced due to the fog on the lens. I have a new set and they are included with the purchase of the vehicle. (i was waiting to replace them until it needed another timing belt job. ) There is a slight oil leak coming from the turbo oil return line. (it needs a new gasket and two bolts. also included in the purchase and easy to do with the timing belt job. ) The passenger side door lock does not always unlock. It received all the required maintenance since I owned it using VW spec fluids. It comes with the original owners manual. two valet keys and one fob. (the bottoms on the fob no longer work. ) Tires are at least 85%. Front brakes at least 50% and rear 85%I installed the Kenwood DNX6180 stereo myself. (just the stereo and materials cost over $1. 00. ) everything works just like it did when it was new and turns on or off just like the fatory one did. I believe the Sirius subscription is active for another month. Garmin maps have not been updated since new but the radio firmware has been a few times. The vehicle is located about 5 miles from Harrisburg International Airport and I can pick the buyer up Saturdays anytime or afternoons after 5.
