VA Mazda GT 2004 for sale - engine needs replacement

My engine died due to loss of compression and I want to see if it's worth trying to sell as is. My car was great until this happened. I do not customize, ut a quick summary: 2004; fully loaded touring trim; silver with black tinted windows; good shape exterior some minor scratches/small dent in left front fender; upgraded stereo with a Infiniti baselink sub/amp; non factory speakers; Alpine receiver; Console is custom to look factory but adapts to stereo - functional but lights at lower console not working; Factory 18" rims will be included / worn tires (Kazera black 17" winter rims still on car from when engine died - shown in pics).
Specialists here might find more value in rebuilding the car and so I am hoping I have a shot. It will need to be towed from this location. The car has not been driven for a few months so battery will need to be replaced - Mileage read approximately 115,000 before battery died since it has been off the road.
