2013 Mazda 2, 9140Km with Canadian Non-repairable title

I have a 2013 Mazda 2 with 9140Kms. I got it as Non-repairable status (Water flood damage).
When I got it home, found out that I was very luke and no damage in this car, t starts with no problems of any kind.
My plan was to send this car overseas where it can be registered since it would not be registered in Canada.
So, ven due this car starts and seems no mechanical or body issues, he rules says it can not be registered in Canada as it already has a status of Non-repairable car.
This car is ideal for someone who wants to send it to any country where he/she could register it, ot in Canada for sure unless for parts purpose.
