2004 Mazda RX8 Rebuilt Motor

This is a 04 manual i bought a few weeks ago from a one owner car has 123k that had a hot start issue.I took motor out and rebuilt it rotor housings plates and rotors all were in very good shape just needed a full rebuild.The car starts and runs great cold and fully heated after a good hard run has half seconds start no problem.Car could use new tires but tread is good for a while. the top half of car could use some paint but not that bad.Also ac in car works great including all switches and radio lights etc
Here is list of parts replaced other than the full rebuild kit used were everything internal was replaced minus housings rotors plates.Oil pressure was raised to 95 psi also.Used ra super seals and water seal kit along with the other parts such as side seals corner seals and all related springs.Just spent over 2.5k in fixing the motor and other parts
