For sale - my MAZDA PROTEGE DX 2002. Clean title in-hand. STANDARD SHIFT. 152k miles.
Tires, brakes, clutch, manual transmission, and other driveline components in working order. Interior well kept, minor signs of wear and tear. NO tears on seats. Exterior some wear. Windows, radio, instrument cluster, AC/heat and windshield wipers work well.
Reason for sale and low price: The long block (main engine component) will need to be rebuilt. The car has a lifetime of good care but a stupid mistake damaged the engine - the oil cap was left off and by the time I noticed it was too late.
New owner will need to tow/truck it. After engine work this car will continue to be dependable, economic and a lot of fun, especially for stick shift fans
