As pictured, 1985 MAZDA GLC Deluxe edition, Automatic 4 cylinder sedan.Blue on blue. This car runs and drive very well, it has 92,000 original miles on it. It was basically a one owner car. The car is complete and very original.
It is a very solid car, very little rust- the rust is only on the "dog legs" or the section of the car behind each rear door- as pictured. This rust cannot be seen with the doors closed, as does not affect the structure of the car. Otherwise, underneath the car is very nice, solid floors.
The paint is original and has some fading on the top surfaces. Each door exterior"belt " moldinghascracks. The interior of the car is original andrelatively clean. Each seat has sun fading on the tops, and each front seat has some splitting where the seams are- it is unraveling on the tops. The original floor mats are in the car, but the driver's side is missing. The trunk is very clean and all interior panels in the trunk are in-tach. Original stereo still in the car. Top of the dash board pad has some cracking in it.
The car has 4 year old tires on it that show very little wear. New rear struts on it. I recently did a tune up on it with original Mazda spark plugs and wires. It has newer exhaust, good brakes, newer battery, newer belts and hoses. It does leak some oil. Has A/C, the A/C operates but doesn't cool well at all. Might need a recharge.
The car runs and drives very well. It's a three speed automatic, so it's pretty slow on the highway. This little GLC would be a perfect car to completely restore as it's all there and is in very good shape. Or a fun little project car to fix up.
