2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Sedan, Sport Pkg., 6spd Manual !!!!!

2005 Mercedes Benz C230 4door Sport. 6spd. Manual Transmission- Very Rare 6spd. Manual Trans. A true sports car with Mercedes luxury and build quality. 6spd. makes it a drivers car and a joy to drive. - The "mother" year of the W203/C-series. Light but powerful 1. 8L Supercharged 4cyl. . high performance 4piston front disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors. AMG sport suspension. This is the year MB really poured the resources into the C230 to make it a light and lively handler. - 27-28mpg in typical suburban driving- This car is super clean and runs absolutely beautifully. Adult owned and carefully maintained. - 96154mi. - Tires and brakes (pads and rotors) replaced approx. 10k mi. ago all 4 corners. - Steering and suspension tight and solid- factory iPod/iPhone stereo connection. Charges iPod/iPhone. steering wheel controls operate iPod/iPhone functions- Grille and hood ornament have been upgraded to newer style 3-row grille and flat ornament. I still have the original grille and raised MB star ornament. The only aspects of the car that are less than excellent and worth mentioning in the interest of complete disclosure: - parking brake pedal spring is weak and when pulling the release lever you need to lift the pedal with your toe to get the pedal to return the final 10% of travel to it's fully retracted position. This has nothing to do with the function of the parking brake itself. it holds the car perfectly and disengages fully. it's just about the pedal itself. Very common issue with W203 models- Front passenger seatbelt sensor sometimes signals seatbelt needs to be fastened even though nobody is in the front seat. In this case you can buckle the seatbelt and the signal stops. No issue if there is a passenger in the seat. The airbag sensor works fine and turns the airbag on/off appropriately with seat occupancy regardless of the seatbelt signal issue. - a few minor scrapes and chips in the paint here and there. In line with what you would expect from a 2005 model. - Drivers carpet has some stains and floor mats could probably stand a refreshThis is a great. great car; fun yet economical. reliable and very solidly built.
