E320 Cabriolet

For sale is my 94 MB E-320 Cabrio with 131. 00 miles. I've had it for almost 3 years now and bought it with intentions to restore however I do not have the time. The engine is in great condition - there is no leaks and it does not overheat. It starts up every time and idles perfectly. Transmission shifts great. Mechanically this car is in a very good condition - runs. drives and stops like it should. The convertible soft top needs to be replaced. Someone sprayed bleach on it and it cracks once you put pressure on the material. It is not exposed to the weather conditions so no water gets inside. The headliner seems to be okay. no rips or tears. The hydraulic system of the roof needs attention because it will not operate. I did not troubleshoot it so I am not sure what is wrong with it. Seatbelt retractors are acting up and need attention as well. It has leather interior. driver's seat and armrest are not in the greatest shape. Passenger's seat and the back seat are in good condition. Couple of the plastics are cracked like in any W124 Convertible that has been living in the South. Air conditioning does not work. I believe it is the compressor since it is not kicking on. If I kept it I would give it a fresh coat of paint. It is not the worst but it has a couple of spots that are faded/scratched. There is no rust or rot on the car at all. Back bumper has a crack (see pictures). The vehicle has a clean title in my name. Perfect restoration example!
