1986 Mercedes Benz 420 SEL I would call this one a mechanics special. compression in all eight cylinders are good but runs a little rough. vacuum leak?; injection Pump issues?. We have not diagnosed the issue. Has a 4. 2L V8 gasoline engine. Mercedes-Benz S-class has always been the flagship. and cars like this 1986 420 SEL were the ultimate status symbol. This extremely clean Benz still has a lot of heavy-duty presence. performance. and luxury. all for pennies on the dollar.
