E320 4matic Wagon with 3rd row seat

Mechanically this car is in great shape and we have all the repair records since we purchased it. It has been an all around great car with plenty of room. including the third row seat. We still have the spare tire since it was never used. 127. 00 miles. automatic. power everything. keyless entry. heated front seats. single cd player and 6 cd changer. memory seats. leather seats. stability and traction control. power sensor wipers. automatic sunroof with interior cover. cruise control. third row seat. 3. 2 6 cyl. . 4matic. AWD. It also has great acceleration. The interior does show some minor wear and tear (which I have noted in the pictures); 2 small rips in the rear hatchback carpet. a rip in the cloth behind the front drivers side door. the front cup holder occasionally sticks if you close it (I keep it open all the time) and two of the door lock knob tips are broken but since it has keyless entry it is just cosmetic and not very noticeable. Overall. the interior still looks really good and the vehicle was just detailed. The exterior has normal wear for a 10+ year old car. but no accidents and no major cosmetic issues. Newer Michelin tires with plenty of tread left. We love this car and the only reason we are selling the vehicle is because we purchased a newer one. It is also for sale locally so we reserve the right to remove listing before end date. Thanks!
