2003 Mercedes Benz SL500 Convertible. Clean title. Fully loaded with Navigation. Hi-Fi BOSE Sound System. 6 CD Changer. Heated/Cooled/Memory/Dynamic Seats. In Absolute excellent mechanical condition. Not a single drop of oil leak (Please refer to recent pictures that I took from under the car when I was getting the tires replaced). Transmission shifts beautifully. AirShocks are in great condition. AC blows cold. brand new front tires. All brakes are more than 65% ( please refer to the pictures). It has deep dish chrome wheels which look just gorgeous. Upgraded Key (not the plastic looking one. its a super nice chrome remote control key). Drives smooth and nice. does not shake or vibrate at any speed. Drives straight without pulling. Powerful luxury ride. Before I purchased the vehicle I had it inspected by a professional mechanic and they assured me the frame is untouched and my vehicle was never involved in any major accidents. However. Autocheck shows 2 cosmetic Accidents **Frame is untouched and is Guaranteed!** front bumper was cracked so it was upgraded to a better looking one. again frame is untouched !! we could not find the reason for other accident that the Autocheck shows. I was told it could be as simple as a broken windshield or a mirror that was reported and funded by an insurance company for replacement. About the convertible top:I was out of country for 3 months and the car was sitting in my garage. When I came back. I re-charged the battery and drove the vehicle for 2 days so that both of its batteries were fully charged. during that time I opened and closed the top and it was working fine till about a week ago it stopped working (it can be an easy fix as low as $80 fuse or the trunk separator needs an adjustment because I put my luggage in it and forced it to close OR a hydraulic motor is bad and it needs to be replaced (According to Mercedes forums online. It can range anywhere from ($250 to $600 based on my research - I have adjusted the selling price accordingly). The heater does not work. and driver's window switch is broken due to a valet driver pulling on it too hard. I still have the part in the car that can be glue back or better yet. a new one can be purchased from eBay for $120 and its a plug-in part so even a 15 years old kid can replace that part. Front headlamp is out and needs to be replaced (another $100 part and easy replace). There are no dash lights. no check engine light. no ABS light. no Airbag light. Next service is due in 4000 miles which is oil change. Its a beautiful luxury sport convertible in absolute excellent condition that with a little bit of cosmetic care about $500 will run for another 15 years. I do not have the time to take care of all these little cosmetic things. nor I do not want to deal with answering phone calls and setting up appointment so that's why I have decided to put the car up for an auction. I do have the title under my name and it is ready to be signed and transfer to a new buyer. Shipping and Handling:Pick-Up Only!!I am located in Orange County. I do not offer shipping. you need to have your own shipping carrier set and ready for pick-up and I will let them pick-up the car at my place (during business hours only) on your behalf. I do not know the shipping costs so please do your own research. I do not wish to be contacted about any questions regarding shipping and handling because I simply do not know the answers. Payments:$500. 00 Non-Refundable deposit is due within 48 hours. Remaining balance is due within 7 days when auction ends (5 days after the deposit) in full via Cashier's check.
