2006 Mercedes R350 4matic needs work

Up for sale is a blueish/silver 2006 Mercedes R350 4matic. I'll try to tell you everything to the best of my knowledge. I am a dealer and I purchased this car under the understanding it needed a tune up or something of that sort. I did not anticipate nor budget for the repair to be this extensive. make my loss your gain!
The good: this car is pretty well equipped with Bi-Xenon headlights. full glass panoramic sun roof. power everything. parking sensors on the front and rear. air suspension with a sport and comfort mode as well as height adjustment. navigation. power lift gate. Harman/Kardon premium sound system. rear audio. rear climate package. black leather interior. and last but not least beautiful 19" AMG wheels. The miles are not bad for the age at just 126xxx the wheels look good and show very little wear. The transmission seems to be fine from what I can tell making just short drives. The air suspension is unknown to be certain but the car is sitting level so it's presumed to be functioning fine. Now for the bad: the car runs but very poorly. My mechanic says there is no compression on the fifth cylinder. Because of this it is lot drivable but it is not recommended for road use in its current condition. Will need to be towed or trailered to its new home! The tires still have some remaining tread but do show wear. The brakes are very worn on this car and will need replacing once engine work is completed. The right side front and rear door have a single deep key scratch on both. (Please contact for more in depth photos) and the left side appears to have had some paint work somewhere along the line. Also the sunroof seems to be out of time.
