Let me go ahead and answer the most important question - yes the engine wire harness has been replaced (this includes both the upper and lower harness. including the battery cable). The car starts. runs. and drives wonderfully. There is no feeling in the world like a classic Benz. This car is garage-kept and used primarily on the weekends. I don't drive it in the rain or snow. The interior is in very good condition. The dash is free of any cracks and the leather seats. while worn. have a wonderful patina to them. Getting behind the wheel is like sitting in my favorite recliner. The factory stereo works very well and includes a 6-disc CD changer. tape player. and AM/FM/WB stereo. The body is generally in good condition with no visible rust and clean. shiny paint. There are a few dents/dings but otherwise the car still looks beautiful. The car is currently sitting on 17" wheels. The tires are Continental DWS 235/40/17 and still have plenty of life left in them. The original 5 hole wheels that came with the car will be included with sale. The engine starts. runs. and drives very smoothly. The transmission shifts firmly and shows no issues. As I mentioned the car has been meticulously maintained. In the last 5. 00 miles it has had new brakes. a new battery. the engine wire harnesses were replaced. and the brake fluid was flushed. The fuel injectors were rebuilt and a new fuel pressure regulator was installed. The engine air filters and the cabin air filters were replaced. The sparkplugs. wires. distributor caps. rotors. and o2 sensor were all replaced in the last month as part of a tuneup. I also replaced the PCV/evap hoses and the coolant temperature sensor. A very detailed spreadsheet of maintenance work for the last 62. 00 miles will be included. The car has a long history of 5000 mile oil changes using synthetic oil and Mahle or Mann filters. Last oil change was about 150 miles ago. Also included are many boxes of spare parts both new and used. Fuel pumps. fuel pressure regulator. spark plugs. distributor caps. crankshaft position sensor. trans filter and fluid. There are also two new front lower control arms and struts. I am also including the front roll bar from the much-vaunted 500E which is slightly thicker (these are starting to be hard to find). I also have a spare set of valve covers and (as mentioned earlier) the original 15" wheels and tires.
