Terms of Sale Overview

1. The successful winning bidder will receive an email from us with instructions on completing the purchase. Remember your eBay obligations. Do not send an offer until you are committed to purchasing. Do not place a bid until after you have secured adequate funds or financing to complete the purchase. Do not click on the “Buy it Now” or “Make an Offer” options unless you have adequate funds or financing.

2. We require a deposit of $1,000 within 24 hours after the end of auction. This deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle fails the buyer’s personal inspection or pre-purchase inspection from a qualified facility. We accept credit cards (maximum $5,000.00 USD), inancing with our lenders, utside financing, oney order, ashier's check, nd personal checks. Personal checks must clear before any vehicle(s) will be released. The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 5 days after the end of auction. Please understand that if you are an out of state buyer who decides to use a financing option provided by Brumos Motor Cars, e will not ship your vehicle until the lien holder has funded the deal. This process may take 3 or more days due to paperwork and stipulations required by your lender. Out of state buyers who use one of Brumos Motor Cars financing options and personally come to our store to sign a contract may be able to take delivery the same day. Once a deposit is placed on a vehicle we reserve the right to inspect the vehicle within 48 hours for a post-sale inspection. Once the vehicle has been inspected post-sale then the buyer can arrange for a post-sale inspection. Due to unforeseen recommended repairs, dditional time may be required to prepare the vehicle for sale.

3. We have disclosed as much information as possible about our vehicles through pictures and written descriptions. All buyers are required to verify the condition of the vehicle they are buying. Unless otherwise stated in the advertisement, ll vehicles are sold AS-IS WITH NO WARRANTY.
