1978 Mercedes Benz 280CE W123

For Sale - 1978 MB 280ce. This car was originally purchased in Beverly Hills Ca. by the president of Capital records and his actress wife. I have the original owners manual with embossed Vin as proof. Daily Driver, n decent shape. Floors and underside are 98% one small rust hole in front of the passengers rear wheel. Easy Fix it does not go into the rear end frame mount area or the bump stop. Rear arches are a little rusty and I have the repair panels for this. Bottom of the doors are crusty on the inside but not at the door skin. It has all the trim. 4 brand new Goodyear tires. drivers seat has some tears in the bolter. Top of rear seat is sun burnt. all the windows work with new switches. car starts runs shifts and drives fine. It does seem to vapor lock a little on restart when it is hot but will start back up. I have not tuned it up since I started driving it. Sunroof works and does not leak. lights blinkers etc. all work. Horn works but is weak.... All new fuses. All new front brakes, alipers, ads, ensors, earings and seals. New center link and damper.Rear brakes are fine but could use some love as the E brake is stiff. I drive this car to work 3 or more times a week.
