 Internet Pricing does not include Dealer Handling Charges (a.k.a. Delivery and Handling or D&H ): To the price of each vehicle sold there will be added the sum of $599 for dealer costs of items such as inspecting, leaning, djusting new and used vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale. Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder agrees to make payment arrangements within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. You are required to handle and pay taxes in your own state for this vehicle.

Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), ertified check, ank transfers, r 3rd-party financing. Wire Tranfer is the preferred method of payment.

Fees and Taxes:  Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes and fees, s well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Acceptable payment methods:  Mercedes-Benz of Loveland can help arrange bank financing.  Bank wire transfers are required for transactions outside Colorado.  Certified Check and or personal check has a holding period to clear of a minimum of 10 business days prior to taking delivery of the vehicle.  3rd Party financing and cash are also accepted forms of payment.  If you do not plan to arrive at dealership in person we require a notary be present when paperwork is completed to verify identity and prevent identity theft.
We can accept a non-refundable $2000 deposit as a commitment to purchase to end the auction and take the vehicle off the selling market.  The deposit serves as your commitment to purchase and finalize the transaction within 3 business days.  In return the vehicle will no longer be available for test drive or purchase by any other party.  We do require a customer signature on the deposit form as well as a copy of customer driver’s license and credit card, nd these items must be returned to us via fax or email in order for the commitment to take place.  Discuss with your salesperson for further details.
