I have a 99 ML320 that is in great shape and runs great. below are the work that has been done in past 18 months. I bought the SUV when it was at 180000 miles.
This Benz will drive for another 100,000 without any issues, guarantee it.
New Energizer battery
New turn signal/wiper control arm
new synthetic brake fluid (dot 4)
New brake shoes on all four wheels
synthetic oil change with mobile 1 15,000 miles interval fluid
MANN air/oil/cabin air filters
Tune-up at the dealership ($1700). It included spark plugs, uel filter, dle adjustment, oses, ew belt, osch crossfire platinum spark plugs, uaranteed for 100,000 miles etc....(tune-up was done at 185000 miles mark)
New key-fob from the dealership
power steering pump and hoses are new
New transmission conductor plate.
complete drain, lush and refill of radiator. it has a long lasting fluid in there that is guaranteed beyond 100,000 miles.
Brand new front and rear bumpers ($2000). Brand new windshield and hood.
First Aid and six cd changer in back compartment.
Brand new Sony CD player with USB Port. Although its missing the front, lastic coverwhich is around $8 from Crutchfield.com It has remote and all instruction, nopened. Its paired to original Harmon-Kardon speakers.
Brand new front passenger side headlight/fog-light combo with HID bulbs.
Have most of the receipts.
Here are the cons:
Needs new tires
needs new parking brake shoes
Has out of state tabs (WA State). I do have the clean WA state title in hand.
Driver door does not lock sometimes, sing the remote. It could be an easy fix.
Sunroof motor needs replacement (I have replaced the switch which was $25 from the dealership)
That is all. I will also include a hitch carrier for which has a 500 lbs capacity.
This Benz drives very good as both engine and transmission are well taken care of. This Benz drives as it was new and thus I wont respond to any lowball amounts. Thanks for reading.
