2003 Mercedes Benz SL55 AMG / 1 owner / 21K miles / Forged wheels / 575 HP 600TQ

I amreluctantlylisting my 2003 Mercedes Benz SL55 AMG for sale here on eBay. This amazing vehicle has only around 21,000 original miles and can't be told from a brand new one. Technically I am the second owner. However, bought the car from the original owner in December 2014. The reason for this sale is due to me not having enough time to drive the car enough to justify keeping it. It is a second vehicle for me and has only been driven a few times when the sun was shining.
The color of this car is called Diamond Blue. In bright sunlight, t appears to be a metallic ice blue color. In softer or darker light, t takes on the appearance of a very light metallic silver. This is a very unique color and is a nice change from the usually silver or black Mercedes that you usually come across. The interior is a light gray color with carbon fiber accent trim. Overall, he condition of this vehicle is simply amazing for it's age. The paint is full of gloss and the interior leather looks like new. This car has never been smoked in.
This SL55 has some very nice factory options that you just don't come across very often. The full glass panoramic sunroof, ush button start, eat massaging with dynamic bolstering, nd keyless entry are a few of my favorites. Uponinquiringthe vehicle I had a couple ofperformanceupgrades installed that have totallytransformed the power delivery of the car. I had a smaller supercharger pulley, CUtune, pdated intercooler pump, nd supercharger belt wrap kit installed. The power is nowinstantaneousand intoxicating. The throttle response is immediate in any gear and the 600 foot lbs of torque literally throw you back in the seat. This is one amazing engine! I also had a brand new OEM Mercedes Performance Package steering wheel installed. This steering wheel feels amazing in the hands. It has the alcantara wrap sides, hickerconstruction, nd aluminum paddle shifters that arenormallyonly found on the later models. I also had a brand new set of Rennen Forged wheels made for this car. They give the car an amazingly aggressive stance for the street and the extra tire width helps to put all of the extra power to the ground. I also added the clear rear brake light found on the SL63 and the SL63 style spoiler on the rear trunk lid.
No expense has been spared when it comes to themaintenanceof this vehicle. All of the common fail points for the SL55 series have been addressed and updated on this vehicle (see list below). This SL55 truly needs nothing and can be driven anywhere. There is no better feeling than having the convertible top down on a hot summer day. You can be doing 130 mph in comfort whilst hearing the V8 exhaust rumbling, upercharger whine, nd with the wind in your hair.
This AMG has been adult driven and has been cared for like the $130,000 vehicle that it is. Igenuinelyfeel like this is one of the nicest examples for sale in the country right now.
