*WITH VIDEO* 1996 Mercedes C220 2.2l 70k Miles

Car has just under 70,000 miles. Clean interior but the exterior could use some work.
THE GOOD: Drive train is absolutely perfect. transmission and engine is very good.
The interior is good. no holes or cracking in seats. THE MILES! BRAND NEW winter/wet tires for the coming months. (stud-able general altimax arctic. number one in their class)
THE BAD: Engine runs very rough on certain days. And I mean ROUGH. No transmission slipping or engine knock, t just runs rough like a misfire. tried different spark plugs with no luck. Had compression check on all cylinders(all of them scored 170-180psi). mechanic said it just needs a new ignition coil. cost me too much to replace and I'm no mechanic so I don't know to replace the damn thing. Part number BOSCH00094. Other days, t runs like its brand spanking new.
Previous owner was in a bender so The front bumper COVER is missing, he passenger panel was replaced and the turn signal is not aligned properly.
Speedometer and mileage counter stopped working 2 weeks ago. miles are legitimate though, heck the car fax if you don't believe me.
